Care instructions
wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent.
Avoid harsh chemicals, fabric softeners, and bleach, and air dry or tumble dry on a low/cool setting.
When ironing, turn the shirt inside out or place a cloth over the print and use low heat.

Holiday Notice
We will be closed from 17th December for the Christmas break.
Orders placed after this date will be processed once we reopen.
Returns
We want you to love your Loose Garms pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
Returned items must be:
– Unworn
– Unwashed
– In original condition with tags/labels attached
– Free from marks, scents, or damage
How to Start a Return
Please email us at info@loosegarms.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send you the return details.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We cannot currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@loosegarms.com. We’ll sort it quickly.
